Under the Hood: AI-Assisted Mapping, Outgoing FA(3) and Smarter Document Identification
Join us online for a technical look under the hood of Continia eDocuments, exclusively for our partners in Poland. From AI-powered XML mapping to a live prototype for exporting documents in the FA(3) format, we'll show improved XML identification and document routing, highlight other framework improvements, and close with an open discussion about what you need next.
A look under the hood of how Continia builds for e-invoicing – shown live, end to end. If you joined us in Warsaw, you'll recognise the first two parts; we're bringing them online, and adding what we've built since.
We'll start with AI. Mapping a national format like FA(3) is detailed, careful work, and the Podmiot3 element – which carries additional parties such as a recipient, factor or issuing agent – is one of the trickier parts of the schema. We'll show how we use AI to interpret the format, propose mappings and improve the eDocuments XML structure faster and with fewer mistakes.
Then the outgoing side. We support incoming KSeF documents today, so the natural next question is how we close the loop. Live, we'll demonstrate a prototype that brings Document Output, the eDocuments framework and our Scenario framework together to export a document in the FA(3) format – outgoing e-invoicing handled through configuration rather than custom code. It's a direction we're exploring, not a feature that's shipping today.
And something new: incoming documents can now be recognised by a more advanced filter on their content, and that recognition drives which Document Capture document category they land in – so documents reach the right category automatically, even where several categories run side by side. We'll finish with a round-up of the other improvements we've made since the spring, and then hand over to you: what are you missing today, and what should we build next?
